A twenty-fold enhance in production was the objective of the Croatian car cosmetics company Alfa Car. To achieve this, the complete production cycle, housed in a new manufacturing plant, was automated. To tackle the challenge, the company labored together with the system integrator Arp Lučko and Festo. It would be Festo’s role to challenge handle the automation of the process valves. To ensure quick integration into the new system and maximum reliability in the future manufacturing course of, customised full options had been equipped that cover the whole range, from the method valve models to the valve terminals.
