In these contemporary times in which we reside in, it is extremely common to confuse reality with thought, facts with theory, and health with confirmation. Here we have been, in the era of abundance, having everything we are able to ever imagine at the grasp of our finger tips, computer science has sky-rocketed allowing us access to endless amounts of information, anytime tretinoin gel, any time. Today?s norm would be to grab a snack, or drive through some burger joint to stuff our bellies so we are able to get on with work, and so gradually, from the dawn of the industrial age, these products have come to displace what nature has given us, and what life itself is based on, as food.
Real food, that is basically fruit and veggies, nutrition wise at least (as much would argue on the taste factor), is the foundation of any healthy diet, not because it is indeed important and healthy to eat a sensible diet with vegetables in it, but simply since it is food. The others is not food. It may be hard to grasp at the beginning, peeping through the little crack that all folks have inside our definitions of what food is, and seeing the reality behind the screen of illusion.
Health, true health, can’t be achieved and maintained in any other way. But what’s health? I dare you! Try and define it for yourselves. Go ahead, take a minute, even 5, and really try to write down a definition you’ll feel at ease with for the vague and illusive idea of health.
The Chinese have said that ?health is really a state to be in the tao?. Walking your path, realizing yourself and allowing your true colors to show. It begins with the air we breath, the thoughts we think, and it leans mainly and strongly on the building materials we feed ourselves with. Regularly eating a well balanced vegetables nutrition based diet is like putting the foundations so necessary for mental balance, a good physical feeling, happiness and well being ? the foundations so needed for?. Health. ?Let us be about setting high standards for life, love, creativity, and wisdom. If our expectations in these areas are low, we are not likely to experience wellness. Wellness and health play an enormous and important part in my own life, my actions, my thoughts, and my schedule. I am presently leading twelve fitness classes weekly that vary from step aerobics, balance and core focus on the large stability ball, weight lifting, modified yoga and many classes that focus on functionality. The participants are ages and the common denominator is to have ?fun? while working out. When i started looking for ?wellness? quotations, I found excellent ones, but few. When I searched for ?health? I was completely blown away by the number. I could write 100 blogs filled with ?health? quotations. Therefore i picked some for you personally and for me which follow:

Unfortunately, in order to reduce unhealthy fats, people began eating low-fat processed foods. We didn?t realize then that many of these low-fat foods were laden with extra sugar. Nor did we understand the dangers of excess sugar. We know given that something we thought was best for us has contributed to health issues.
In the last couple years, I?ve been reading the most recent books and articles on nutrition and anti-aging. What?s touted consistently now is an eating plan of whole, unprocessed foods that discourage inflammation. The anti-inflammatory diet is what seems to have the most health and beauty benefits.
