The Antofagasta service centre begins working this month.
The new Antofagasta service centre will provide a full range of move management companies, including the substitute and upkeep of valves, pumps and third-party tools. It will allow agile supply of important spare and wear elements in addition to digital tools and providers for the entire product and flowers cycle. The service centre may even function a buyer training facility.
The Valmet portfolio for mining, metals and steel consists of the Neles, Jamesbury, Neles Easyflow and Flowrox brands.
Valmet entered into the circulate control business in April 2022 when the economic move management firm Neles was merged into Valmet.
“Over the years, we’ve systematically expanded our move control installed base and solution providing for the mining and metals industry within the area,” says Fabio Maia, head of the South & Central America Area at Valmet’s Flow Control enterprise line. “The new facility allows us to better respond to the rising demand for buyer help in addition to drive our growth in minerals processing. From Antofagasta, our service groups shall be close to customer operations in Chile and in Peru.”
Valmet has forty flow management service centres worldwide.
