Trillium Flow Technologies is buying Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing company that serves the power, desalination, water transmission and oil and gas markets.
The two companies have signed a joint settlement that can deliver the Termomeccanica Pompe, Gabbioneta Pumps and Begemann manufacturers together under the Trillium umbrella in Italy.
When the deal closes, La Spezia-based Termomeccanica will concentrate on growing the ecological and gas compression sectors, the place its subsidiaries TME and TMIC operate.
