Trillium to accumulate Termomeccanica Pompe

Trillium Flow Technologies is buying Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing company that serves the facility, desalination, water transmission and oil and gas markets.
The two firms have signed a joint settlement that will convey the Termomeccanica Pompe, Gabbioneta Pumps and Begemann manufacturers together under the Trillium umbrella in Italy.
When the deal closes, La Spezia-based Termomeccanica will concentrate on creating the ecological and fuel compression sectors, the place its subsidiaries TME and TMIC operate.
