Pattaya Police yesterday arrested a Thai woman for stealing a motorbike from a foreigner in Pattaya. The opportunist thief grabbed the prospect to steal the bike while the overseas man parked his motorbike to vomit on the roadside.
The 38 yr old man named Fiorenzo Cardinali filed a grievance with Pattaya Police after discovering his Yamaha Grand Filano bike had been stolen.
