The demise of a Phuket ice cream shop proprietor led to the arrest of the spouse of the prime suspect. The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) in Phuket efficiently apprehended Ketsuda on Sunday, charging her with conspiracy to homicide.
The arrest adopted an intensive manhunt for her partner, Tharapong “Jack” Nabbua, who remains to be at large. Ketsuda was residing along with her aunt and working in a store positioned in Phattalung. Despite her claims of innocence and ignorance about the Phuket homicide and her husband’s whereabouts, the CIB decided to arrest her and file subsequent costs.
The focal point of this murder investigation and manhunt is Ketsuda’s husband, Tharapong. He is wanted for the fatal stabbing of Wanchai Butdee, owner of the ‘Kinnaree Nam ice cream store. The murder took place within the early hours of May 6 on the east facet of Phuket Town, opposite the Phuket Provincial Hospital on Anupasphuketkarn Road.
Witnesses recall seeing Tharapong ingesting beer outdoors the Kinnaree Nam shop while his motorcycle was beneath restore at a neighbouring store. It is alleged that Tharapong felt that the method in which the 35 12 months old ice cream shop owner looked at him was offensive. A heated verbal altercation ensued between the two males.
Lost on the time intervened to break up the battle and prevent additional escalation. But Tharapong was undeterred and wanted revenge. He returned to the Phuket store three days later, launching a violent assault and murdering Wanchai.
Tharapong’s final known motion was fleeing the scene in a white Mitsubishi Triton truck. His current whereabouts remain unknown as the search continues.
