A man dressed in what seems to be a fancy dress of Joker from the Batman comics and films allegedly went on a stabbing spree on a Tokyo prepare Halloween night time, injuring 17 folks. The prepare had to make an emergency stop and riders escaped the train through the windows.
The alleged attacker, 24 yr outdated Kyota Hattori, was arrested and charged with attempted homicide. He was quoted as saying that he had failed in work and had challenges together with his associates and relationships. The suspect also stated that he “wanted to kill folks and be given the demise penalty.” He also is reported to have stated that he had been “thinking from round June of being sentenced to death.”
The assault started round 8pm Halloween night on a crowded 10-car practice from Hachioji station to Shinjuku in central Tokyo.
