In addition to working in the energy transmission sector for many years, I can say that our industry has a really dynamic construction in Turkey, as both the President of EuroTrans and a person who takes an lively position within the Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (MIB). However, regardless of this dynamic structure, I assume that we now have an extended way to go so as to attain a aggressive place on the earth as a sector.
As İ-Mak Gearbox, we’re working for the event of the sector in Turkey with the duties we now have taken in each EuroTrans and MIB. As a result of our visits abroad, we see that the industry has developed, however there are deficiencies in requirements and unity. As İ-MAK, we’re carrying out studies that will lead to these.

There are many various leagues for corporations working in the power transmission sector in Turkey. As the industry, we need to come together to set requirements and produce greater high quality and efficiency-oriented products. It is essential for us to develop a culture of competitors amongst manufacturers in Turkey by creating an understanding of effectivity and added value in terms of standards and unity. Abandoning Guide carried out by producing cheaper and identical products in the sector; It should be our precedence to create an understanding of production in standards that may increase effectivity and added value.
As an industry, our share of the world market has not but reached the level we must be. We have a major growth potential in exports. We shouldn’t forget that we now have to symbolize our country as a union within the international market because of the value-added and standardized production approach we are going to achieve throughout the nation. For this purpose, I care that more companies become members of national and worldwide institutions and I see it as a driving pressure for the development of our nation.
