Industrial Flow Solutions is buying Dreno Pompe, a designer and manufacturer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater applications, based in Monselice in northeastern Italy.

A portfolio company of private equity agency May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid management solutions for harsh, rugged environments. The company, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is residence to BJM Pumps products, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump techniques and the Oil Minder pump and control solution, in addition to Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired final October.
Founded in 1990, Dreno Pompe designs and manufactures submersible pumps and mixers as well as accessories required for set up. Dreno Pompe’s pumps are utilized in residential, municipal and industrial functions, including development and shipbuilding. เกจวัดแรงดันดิจิตอล ’s Compatta and GRIX product traces are for domestic and residential wastewater wants whereas the Kappa line is a sequence of development pumps for abrasive supplies.
Dreno’s Emiliano Conforto and Fabiana Conforto will proceed to function operating chief and industrial and administrative chief, respectively. The Dreno identify will continue and its manufacturing facility will stay within the Veneto area of Italy.
