The CR 3100 control valve from Circor is customisable with multiple inner options and standardised parts and equipment, cutting inventory and upkeep costs. Trims are simply interchangeable as process circumstances and requirements change.
CIR 3100 is suitable for throttling and on-off management of a fluid circulate similar to gas, steam, water or chemical compounds to compensate for the load disturbance and helps to maintain the regulated process variable as close as attainable to the specified set level.
The control valves are specially designed for both high and low strain drop service. Pressure drop, high velocities and throttling occur solely on the cage window and the plug, which protects the seat ring and provides tight shut-off capability to the valve. A Class V leakage choice is on the market for prime temperature applications.
The CIR3100 control valve has certifications which include Indian Boiler Regulation (IBR), PED & CE, and TSG-China and the company is continuing to improve the sizes and strain ranges to cater to customer demands.
