A transwoman filed a grievance towards a guard who attacked her at a pub in the Hat Yai district of Song Khla province in southern Thailand. The suspect said she was uncontrolled whereas she was dancing whereas the sufferer insisted, she did not annoy any other partygoers with her strikes.
The 19 yr outdated transwoman, Arwut, also referred to as Sunny, told Hat Yai Focus that the incident happened when she and her five pals visited the pub on Friday, May 5.
Sunny claimed that they were dancing with out bothering anyone when two to a few guards rushed over to their desk and asked them to dance with manners, threatening to kick them out in the occasion that they refused to do so.
Sunny mentioned they had been confused because they were not annoying other individuals. Some Malaysian vacationers sat nearby and even applauded them.
According to Sunny, the guard and a staff member returned to her desk and requested them to leave claiming that they had been underage. Sunny mentioned she did not understand because there were many others beneath 20 years outdated having fun with the pub that night time. She questioned the guard…
“We are banned due to our ages? Why is it that the others the same age can stay? Do you dare to check the ages of all of the partygoers? If no one is underage, I am prepared to bow right down to you.”
Sunny mentioned her response angered the guard, who then struck her on the head with a baton and dragged her out of the pub.
Sunny said she waited in entrance of the pub and referred to as for the safety staff and pub owner to take responsibility for her injury however nobody came. Sunny and her pal then went to Khor Hong Police Station to file a grievance.
The supervisor of the pub later gave an interview with Hat Yai Focus and insisted that Sunny and her good friend at all times brought on chaos when they had been drunk. The manager said…
“We requested Sunny and her good friend to leave as a result of they climbed on top of tables to dance. Our pub didn’t ban dancing on the table at first, however we just launched a brand new rule because it seemed out of place. We warned them a number of times, but they ignored us.
