US industrial distributor and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

เกจแรงดัน can also be a full-service supplier of all forms of rotating gear, with in-house and subject service capabilities. The company has three places serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a group of 28 employees.
The acquired enterprise will function beneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, mentioned: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with further territory coverage, prime product strains and adding extra service capabilities to this space. We are very eager to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has almost sixty five locations throughout the United States, and greater than 40 service retailers. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 staff.
