Rødningen involves PG Flow Solutions from metal construction supplier PCS Stokke Stål where he was additionally managing director. He has also held managing director roles at naval architect and marine engineering company Brevik Engineering and at lay-flat hose producer Fenner Mandals. Rødningen spent a decade with worldwide drilling expertise supplier Aker MH/MH Wirth (now HMH), when it was part of Aker Solutions, and has also held managerial positions at NOV and Hydralift.
