Alton Smith has joined Sundyne as regional gross sales supervisor for North and Latin America, specializing in the chemical and industrial (C&I) markets.

In his new function, Smith will strengthen customer dealing with initiatives and work with Sundyne’s inside groups to increase across the C&I house.
Smith comes to Sundyne with more than 30 years of experience in selling highly engineered tools and service solutions to the downstream and midstream sectors. He has worked extensively with EPCs, OEMs and finish users within the renewable energy, oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical and power generation markets.
Prior to Sundyne, Smith served as vice chairman of sales for Fluid Sealing International, the place he developed strategies to strengthen & grow distributor sales, whereas also overseeing coaching and purposes support. He beforehand served as a regional gross sales manager for EKATO Systems. Smith began his profession at Flowserve Corp’s Seal Division and has also worked with midstream oil & gas OEMs at EagleBurgmann and John Crane Inc.
