US industrial distributor and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum methods and compressors.

ePumps is also a full-service provider of all types of rotating tools, with in-house and field service capabilities. The company has three places serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a team of 28 staff.
The acquired business will function underneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with additional territory protection, high product strains and adding extra service capabilities to this space. We are very wanting to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has almost 65 places throughout the United States, and greater than forty service shops. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 workers.
