Both companies specialize in applied sciences for mechanical cleansing and remedy of wastewater.
“Thanks to the acquisitions, we are in a position to offer our customers a good wider range of options,” said Oliver Hermes, president and CEO of the Wilo Group. “ Blacklisted are persistently following our strategic improvement from an professional for heating applications to a holistic solutions supplier for all functions within the transport, use and therapy of water and wastewater.”
The two companies might be built-in into Wilo’s Water Treatment Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
However, FSM Frankenberger and WSM Walower remain independent and will continue to be run by native managers.
“Wilo’s market and software expertise and the 2 companies’ special solutions are the perfect mixture to take advantage of new alternatives in present business segments and collectively develop new markets,” stated Dr Patrick Niehr, a member of the manager board and chief change officer of the Wilo Group.
